This system simulates the stress decay phenomenon of invisible aligners in an artificial saliva environment at 37°C, accurately predicting the biomechanical behavior of aligner correction.

High- Quality Products

This ensures stringent control over various production details and the preservation of complete manufacturing records. The thickness tolerance of the sheets is controlled to be less than 3%.
With an online product quality monitoring system, the biomechanical performance of each sheet is nearly identical, demonstrating its reproducibility and predictability in clinical applications and resulting in a low patient re-start rate.
